My first song, entitled "Survivors Guilt" (I understand there should be an apostrophe, but chose to omit it for stylistic reasons) is about the sudden and tragic death of one of my best friends on this planet. This happened in May. I wrote the song in 20 minutes after I found out she died, and I worked on the composition all summer, releasing it in August.
My first album "SENT FROM MY IPHONE" was made (written and produced) on my phone in a four month time span in 2022. This album comments on grief, ego, emotional detachment, religious trauma. It is VERY rough on the production aspect, but the goal was to make an album. And I made an album.
My second album "NO BLISS OBLIVION" I made (written and produced) in a month on my couch. I am genuinely pretty proud of it all things considered. The thesis of this album is nothing good lasts. It is an existential commentary on time, change, and being pretty. I think this shows a lot of growth compared to my first album- though its still far from perfect. I certainly say some truly outlandish things on this album.
